Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the design and construction phases of various projects, coordinate with team members and consultants in the delivery of a successful project, and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have experience with constructability, detailing, project and resource management, proficiency using Building Information Modeling (BIM), in order to lead timely and successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects from concept development through construction completion.

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

  •  Take responsibility for project development, and be proactive in timely coordination with team members

  •  Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to develop, coordinate, and manage project details.

  •  Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and within budget.

  •  Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively addressing any potential challenges.

  •  Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the design intent is being executed.

  •  Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.

  •  Assist in project development, including research, planning, and strategy for upcoming work.

  •  Understand and assist in the development of processes and practices within the firm.

  •  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  •  Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  •  3+ years of experience in project management in architecture or construction.

  •  Proficiency with BIM software (e.g., Revit, BIM 360, etc.). Ability to coordinate with AutoCAD.

  •  Proficiency with project management software (Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Procore, Submittal Exchange, etc)

  •  Strong understanding of construction processes, project development, and design coordination.

  •  Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
